ParaTRAX
ParaTRAX is a "rideshare" program which means rides are booked in advance and routed as efficiently as possible. You will be sharing the bus with other riders which may lengthen ride times. Drivers will assist with boarding but are not allowed to assist passengers to or from their door or to assist with carry-on items.

The bus will wait 3 minutes from the time of arrival. Drivers are not allowed to honk the horn, so you need to be watching for the bus. In most cases, ParaTRAX will not wait for passengers to re-board the buses. Exceptions may include prescription or daycare pick-up/drop-off if arranged in advance. • You cannot wait, either standing or sitting, at a bus stop for more than 15 minutes

  • You cannot get on or off the bus without assistance

  • You cannot understand directions or identify buses or bus stops
