The Tehama County Public Works Department is using a third-party website, https://ciplist.com to advertise and make available Capital Improvement Project bid documents. CIP List is a free service to view as well as download project bid documents and provides automatic notification of addendum's, specs, and project information.
Hard copies of bid documents will not be available for purchase; originals can be viewed in our office during normal business hours.
Instructions
Bidders, Sub Contractors, Vendors, and Plan Rooms must register with CIP LIST Member Signup in order to view or download bid documents.

Are you registered to bid Public Works Projects with the Department of Industrial Relations?
If not, you will no longer be allowed to be listed on a bid if you are not registered. Get registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/PublicWorks.html
